Scope:
LeadandmanagetheITFinanceteamwithresponsibilitiesonoverallITpurchases,invoices,contracts,andpaymentprocessing,aswellasvendormanagement.WorkwithFinanceteamtomanagerisksandcosteffectivesolutions,identifyITareastoeffectivelymanagecosts.

MajorResponsibilities:
1.ManagetheannualITbudgetsofpurchasing,providereportingandanalysis;

2.LeadtheITFinanceteamtofulfilltherequirementsincludingITPR/POprocessing,ITinvoicemanagement,ITprocurementandsourcing,ITpurchasingcontractmanagement,aswellasensuringefficientprocedures,reportingandcontrolsareinplace;

3.IdentifyITareastoeffectivelymanagecosts,lowerfinancialrisksandtomaximizevalue;

4.Accountabletoensurecontractsarereviewedforcommercial,legal,technicalrequirementsasperthecurrentpoliciesandmanageslistofcontractsforontimerenewal;

5.Ensurevendoroutstandingpayablearemanaged,documented,processed,filedandreportedperthecurrentpolicies;

6.EnsureprocurementofITequipmentisprocessedandmanagedeffectively;

7.Maintaincloserelationshipswithotherdepartmentstofosterstrategicrelationships;

8.WorkwithlocalandglobalITteamstoimplementcorporatepurchasinginitativeforSCL;

9.Abidetocompanyrulesandregulations.
